Instructor Biography

Steve Speaks has lived in Noble, OK for the last 26 years. He has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry for the last 40 years.
He has been instructing the Noble FFA Chapter Sporting Clay program for the last 11 years. Steve’s students have competed successfully at the district and state level each year.

He is a certified NRA pistol instructor and in 2017 earned his certification to teach SDA classes. Steve is also an NRA certified Range Safety Officer. Steve teaches the Foundational shotgun, SDA and SDA plus courses at Badlands Tactical Training Facility.

In his downtime he enjoys shooting and hunting, and spending time with his wife, Shannon, and Cowboy, their Bull Lurcher dog!
